growing up i hated peas i liked tuna but now its the other way around now i love peas and cant stand tuna i also use to sit down and eat a whole bag of chips at a time

thats true muscle does weigh more the fat so im sure ur doing ok

mostly to be a healthier me but also cause people look at fat people and think the worst about them like how could they let themselves get that way and they must be lazy which isnt always true

just the fact that i need to loose weight and be a healthier me motivates me to push myself to go further and harder then i use to when exercising:glasses:

try adding flavoring to it but make sure its low calorie thats helps with getting the water down im not a water drinker either or u can get flavored water fruit2o

u can make a stir fry of mushrooms peppers and onions and whatever kind of lean meat u like its very filling and low in calories

i was 23 when i had my oldest daughter i was 24 when i had my middle child and 26 when i had my youngest there all grown now and on there own children can be a blessing whenever u decide to have them

whatever makes you comfortable is the right size what you think is what matters not what everyone else thinks its your body after all so do what you think is right hope you have a good summer and keep loosing weight good luck

its probably the turkey theres something in turkey that makes a person tired you could try a roast beef or tuna sub and if u dont need all that bun get it on a flatbread instead use light mayo to help with calories always make sure u get plenty of exercise throught the day to burn some of those calories

finally made it through feb getting closer to spring about time now i walk more and hopefully loose more weight my goal would be to loose 10 mounds this month and to exercise more at least 20 minutes a day...good luck to u all on ur quest to loose weight

to me size shouldnt matter they should accept you the way you are everyone is different and god made us that way for a reason if we were all the same the world would be a very boring place to live

look at the sodium intake before u prepare something that way ull know how much ur getting

its ok to have a fountain drink just drink diet and when eating out eat something light

my first job was working for my granfather mowing lawns 50 yards a week got lots of exercise then i miss him hes been dead since 1987

all u can do is try ur best to eat things with the least amount of calories im sure ull be doing plenty of walking so ull walk some of it off i wish u the best of luck
