I've tried a lot of dairy free cheeses. I really think Daiya is the best and is well worth the price, in my opinion. If you can find it in an international market, look for authentic asian tofu. You can find it already prepared somewhat, sometimes plain, sometimes already seasoned. Chances are that those who are congratulating others on eating 300 calories have ED's, too. This site is open for everyone, so I say just delete or ignore them if it bothers you. Chances are they don't want to be involved with people who don't have ED's anyway. (Speaking from experience as someone with an ED.)

I've been stuck in a rut for a long time. As soon as I got into a healthy weight range, I stopped losing. I didn't know if changing my goal to 1/2 lb/week would help or hinder getting over this plateau though.

Definitely. My A/C broke and it's been about 84°F inside. I find that my hunger diminishes a lot. If not, I tend to just want to eat something light like a salad, a tomato sandwich, or gazpacho.

We don't have a grill either. I just put them in a skillet, cover them and cook about 5 minutes, flip them and then cook another 5 or so minutes.
