We actually decided not to do it because the program was being really weird.. and we couldn't find any of the recipes or work outs. But I did start the BeFit in 90 series on YouTube yesterday and I would really recommend it!!

Good question.... I'm just planning on adjusting to my dietary needs, which I'm hoping won't be too difficult! I was a veg head for a really long time (5 years) too and really only eat fish and chicken now, so I know what you mean!
