I don't think any chain restaurant wants you to know. I just had dinner at Texas Roadhouse, saving my calories today, including excercise calories, for this meal... HOLY CRAP! If you're going to bake it definitely use Panko breadcrumbs, it adds that crunchy fried texture without the fat! FYI turn the over up high the last few minutes to brown a little

Yesterday I was really good about eating and I excercised for almost two hours and I had 1,100 calories left over but I don't like eating after 10pm...Boy am I hungry today!!! I've only got 105 calories left today and I haven't had dinner!!!
