Good evening!! Just realized I did not report on yesterday so here it is: ME = 7* LNS = 3 The other night when I grazed the kitchen, I still did not go over calories. I couldn't believe it. But I did log every bite so I know it is right. I am doing OK so far tonight, but it isn't over yet.

Well, I blew it tonight :/ Our granddaughter had a baseball game this evening. I did not plan dinner so when we came home I started piecing - only problem, I didn't quit. Not going to do that again. That is why I have a crockpot!!
