Nobody warned me about drunken weighloss face/ugly weighloss face. Just am in one of those awkward spots where my weigh loss shows in part of my face and fat Craig shows in the other. The result I look hammered stone cold sober;)

Start logging, use a food scale for calorie dense items and measure liquids. Walk each day, as far as you can. It gets better. Set your goals up in MFP and rock on.

Interesting question. I shared it here because I thought it relevant to the question. As a long time obese person with lots of ups and down weight wise I'm pretty picky about what I share IRL. The difference here was relevancy and also that I chose to share it. I don't know if that makes sense or not.

I've been where you are. My body loses from the extremities in. Sad to say I get smaller but my gut looks bigger. But I hit a point at about 240 where the gut and back fat are all that is left, then it is like getting a whole new body every day.
