Ratio of fat loss to lean
I had a second bod pod test done today of the last 57 pounds that I have lost 42 were fat and 15 were lean. I'm happy with the loss but can anyone tell me if the ratio of lean to fat loss is normal? I know I have some pretty smart friends on my list and would like to put those numbers in perspective.

I use a Polar HRM to estimate cardio burns. According to Polar the number the unit kicks out is my total calorie burn (RMR + activity). My question is when I enter this number into MFP does the application deduct their estimate of my RMR from the number when calculating my net, and calories remaining? Or do I need to…

Great Sayings from around MFP

Big Boy Flexibility Program Suggestions?

Chafing
So I bought a fit bit (electronic pedometer) and have been walking much more than I am used to. This has been great I even get a sort of "runners high" for a while after. But the tops of my legs are starting to chafe. Does anyone have some tips to relieve/prevent this?:smokin: :huh:
