I had a second bod pod test done today of the last 57 pounds that I have lost 42 were fat and 15 were lean. I'm happy with the loss but can anyone tell me if the ratio of lean to fat loss is normal? I know I have some pretty smart friends on my list and would like to put those numbers in perspective.

I don't trust anything except DXA. What you mean you think you lost 15lbs of lean body mass ??? Again I don't trust it unless it's DXA. To me, if it isn't DXA it didn't happen. Too many fish stories.

Moderately, I do lots of compound movements covering all major muscle groups in supersets 3x3x 12-15 reps

    Typically chest, back, bi
    Squats, lunges, tri

Both DEXA and BodPod are pretty damn accurate, but no method is flawless. It's the relative change between measurements that is more meaningful.
