Big Boy Flexibility Program Suggestions?

I'm still over 3 beans, but making progress with food, lifting and cardio. But my legs are really stiff, lower back gets sore and I have a jacked up shoulder.
Does anybody have a flexibility program they would recommend?

Try yoga, preferably with an experienced teacher. It will significantly improve your flexibility, balace and coordination.0

The yoga suggestion is a great one. I know that my cable has some free ones on demand.
If you stretch after working out when your muscles are warm, it will help you to increase your flexibility range.0 -
