Tried everything, finally went to a 12 step meeting. After the meeting I went to Noodles and ate more calories than I currently eat in a day. I decided the next day would be 3 meals nothing in between. Found MFP a month later. Still go to those meetings. I was down 200 at one point, now I'm 266 and headed back to onderland.

I always quip Coke and Mexican diet pills, then follow on with the truth if they are actually interested. It saves a ton of frustration.

First couple of weeks to a new exercise program usually I gain or my loss slows down. My body retains extra water to compensate for the "damage" in my muscles. Then it either gives me a bigger than normal drop or returns to a more normal loss rate.

I cut it out, just because I couldn't handle it. Now fruit is super sweet tasting to me.

Beautiful before and after but your after smile says it all.

I cut out ,out of the added sugars, it has made my moods much better. Plus I like the volume of fruits and veggies I get to eat. This change and drinking very few calories makes it easy to stay under. Good luck.
