I couldn't ignore this kind of behavior. If they are laughing, I would just stand in their circle and ask them what's so funny. Or when I need help and if it's delaying their time, I would look over and apologize and try to talk to them all later to see what the deal is. I am not super confrontational, but I will act like…

I eat cocoa powder on my oatmeal with liquid stevia extract. Also, I eat a tablespoon of peanut butter, stevia extract and a tablespoon of cocoa powder in greek yogurt. Yummmm.... :)

This could be a large ph issue, and if it is accuflora might help. Any natural acidophillus that is refrigerated will do the trick. It certainly can't make anything worse (besides some initial gas). Try two capsules twice a day on an empty stomach and see if that might help. You can ween yourself down in time. Hope it…

As for down there, take probiotics. Acidophillus is a good one, I use Floragen twice a day and it's a life safer. Give it a try! Your body odor is probably caused by an imbalance in your ph that could be cured with probiotics as well... Just wondering, do you happen to get cystic acne as well?

I was just a big ole pile of mush when I started here. I would say it's taken a good two, maybe three months of lifting and cardio to see my results on the scale... But my body changed a TON before I lost any weight. Keep it up, it'll happen and that pesky number isn't worth a lot of worry if you're looking good!

We need some positivity up in here!!! If you're getting your protein good! I personally think that tofu and other processed proteins should be used in moderation, as I'm sure you understand just by the calorie counts on the stuff. Almonds, beans and some veggies are great ways to get protein! And no, carbs don't really…

1 cup frozen strawberries 2 leafs kale 1 cup light soy milk you can change this around with different berries and leafy greens, but damn... it's good.

You want a carb with a protein ideally so that your body can utilize the protein. I like strawberries and cottage cheese or berries with greek yogurt and stevia. (frozen berries = frozen yogurt YUM) Or something like peanutbutter and a wasa crispbread works too. But the possibilities are endless... :)

Haha, I have this 19 year old chasing me down. This thread makes me want to go for it!! Reowwr!!!

If you like something challenging that will make you sweat your *kitten* off, check out MTV yoga and power yoga. I've been doing them for years and people think I'm a real yogi and stuff... :)

I've lost over 100 lbs over the past five years, so I've learned to thrift!! Now my wardrobe from the past three months is getting loose and I can't find clothes small enough sometimes. I NEVER complain to my friends about that because they would kill me!!! I used to have to shop at plus sized stores, so It's a good…

Yeah, BMR is how many calories you would burn if you just sat doing absolutely nothing. BMR calculators are usually really inaccurate. I did mine in a physiology class using oxygen displacement and it was really different from what a calculator will tell you. Most gyms or dietitians can point you in the right direction to…

Almond meal (for low carb pancakes) low cal bread lowfat cream cheese (for crustless sf cheesecake) egg whites (for breakfast and baking) Evaporated skim milk (for sf crustless pumpkin pie) Fish Frozen veggies (spinach, broccoli, snap peas, stir fry mix) extra lean ground beef Pork roast (pop it in the crockpot for pulled…

Try both. See which you like better. I eat mine because I get hungry. Different strokes for different folks.

As you've probably noticed, you can eat them any way you'd like! There are millions of possibilities here, but the key is not to add refined sugar to your oatmeal. That will outweigh the benefits of eating a complex carb/ protein combo. Oil is ok with your eggs if you'd like (non- starchy veggies also make a nice addition…

I love little bewbs myself.... :) I lost 105 lbs and my B cup boobs are tiny compared to the E cups I used to wear... I used to be really proud of my juggs, and it took some time, but I went to VS and got some amazing bras that make me feel much better about my little lady lumps... I am going to get implants eventually…

I actually haven't made these yet, found them on http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=108574231&page=3 (which might be the best thread on the internet!) OP said they are much more moist than regular buns, but holy cow I am trying them!!!

I like my shredded chicken in salads, wraps (flat out light is goood), sandwiches with low calorie bread, with brown rice and beans and salsa and maybe some peppers, with sauteed veggies, or with a bit of cheese on a whole wheat crisp bread, chicken salad is a good one too I just throw some chopped onions, salt and pepper,…

I use an arc trainer at the gym and I can usually burn more than 300 cals in a half hour. I have a hrm and I can say it's hard to burn at that level.

My workout motto is "Go hard or go home!" :)

If you're not hungry, don't eat them. However, I would bank the extra for a day when I'm hungry over my calorie limit. :) Studies have shown that it's all about net calories but I prefer to look at it per week. The mobile app has a handy little weekly chart that shows where you're at for the week. Hope that helps!

I would check out bodybuilding.com and find a plan. They only include the good ones on their plans and you'll find the right one for your goals! Good luck, that's super exciting!!!

I love carbs, but am more interested in getting fiber, vitamins and protein in my diet. Most carbs are high in calories and low in nutrients. When I do eat carbs, I stick to whole grains. If I happen to eat a lot of carb in a day, I end up eating less in volume and usually feel hungry. Everyone is different. I think it's…

I regret being in the closet for 28 years. I wasted so much time trying to be something that I'm not.

We shall see... 3.) How was your pregnancy/delivery? The first one was great, there were complications with the second and some…
