I went from193 to currently125-127. (Had a baby in April 2011), I STILL feel fat. I went from a 12 to now a 4. I just see fat when I look in the mirror... it sucks.

I have the same feelings. I run, walk run walk in rotation on days. I cant have a day off or I feel lazy and fat. :( Once in a blue moon I'll take off a day...just listen to your body. :)

Try walking or swimming in a pool! Much easier on joints. ALSO, I have knee pains and I ice before and AFTER every workout. Seems to help me! ;)

I'm 5'4. I used to be happy at 145 before kids. NOW, after two kids I'm at 130. Shooting for 125 and then will reevaluate. I am sad I've lost my boobs though. :( My highest weight was 193 in April 2011. I keep my calories at 1200 and run 50 minutes three times a week.
