  • I allow for a small buffer in case there's a margin of error calculating my exercise or food. But generally, you should eat them. There's also other threads on this very topic with some good insights from people. Worth a gander. :-)

  • Oh and I took measurements of my waist & hips...far more motivational than the scales. I lost 4inches in 3 weeks from the waist. My current inch lost is 4.5 from the waist, 1 inch from the hips. My clothes fit better & I'm loving it.

  • I've read experts from both schools of thought. Training after eating something in the morning could give you added energy. But also training before eating first thing forces your body to tap into those fat reserves. I think this all depends on your size, shape and how overweight you are. I agree with the people above…
