  • Walking is great! You can even make it into an interval workout by pushing hard for a few min to increase your heart rate and then slowing your heart rate back down.   • If you really want a timing chip sign up for the run. It might be good to see what your actual time is so that the next time you go out you can go a little faster. If you run, keep it to a jog.   • Based on your measurements, I bet you body fat is not that high. A lot of times trainers will measure in a way that makes it look bigger so they have more ammo on selling you sessions. Just keep at what you are doing. You will do great.
  • I think MFP gauges the protein values low. as long as you are in your calorie range, extra protein and less carbs is not going to hurt you. Try adding peanut butter or avacado to your diet as good fats.
  • I know this isn't probably the best answer, but when I start binging it is hard to just stop. So I will take a diet pill/appetite supressant for 1-2 days and that seems to get me back on track. I am not one to take them often, but it does help me break my cycle. You can do it!!!

  • I don't eat much before my morning workouts, but sometime a 1/2 a banana works great for me. Just something small to get my metabolism going so my body does not try and think I am starving it.
  • I thaw it then place in a baking dish with seasoning on top (lemon pepper, or kirklands organic no salt seasoning, or a seafood rub), then bake it covered. Drizzle with some lemon prior to serving. Love it this way hot or even cold the next day on a salad.

  • MaxPro Protein from Max Muscle. I like both the vanilla and the chocolate and I am quite picky. It is not cheap though. Normal price is around $60 for 32 servings. (but I think you can get discounts). I too make my protein shakes with Unsweetened Vanilla Almond milk. Lower sugar and calories than skim milk.
