what everyone else said, but from Liverpool. Feel free to add me (anyone UK) think the more people that you have on your list the more inspiration/support you are likely to get. Started out at 23st 3lb, now down to 12st 12lb. The last 2 stone being lost through using fitnesspal Diary is open to friends only I think.
