i cant do 1200 i do about 1800 a day 6 meals of 300 calories and I do resistance training and HIIT for cardio :) good luck

Just try some very simple circut stuff in the beginning. some squats against walls sit ups try push ups light weight curls just do simple things calf raises while doing dishes :) gl

I agree I dont LOVE shakes but they are needed sometimes and I try to use them Just after work outs ! Gaspari is my favorite brand
