  • That's very true. My sister just became gluten intolerant and I was terrified that's what it was! I LOVE my bread pastas etc. ;) I'm keeping a good food journal with notes so hopefully something connects to these bumps soon! If not, I'll head to the doc next week!
  • Oh interesting! I'm definitely not "busty" but the anti fungal sounds like something to try! Sounds so gross, but when you're working out you never know! I do wash my workout clothes often but I guess being at a public gym, you never know what's going around! Thanks for the info. I'll try the Desitin and foot powder before…
  • Thanks for the info! I haven't changed any clothes or done any new kinds of exercise to where I would have extra "stimulation" on my skin. I've tried to think of anything out of the ordinary and I've eaten the same foods, worn the same clothes and used the same soaps as before. I'm not completely sure they are hives. They…
  • Thanks for the recommendations! Are those scales digital? I'll have to take a trip into Walmart this week. I never thought to use dumbbells to check accuracy!
  • it was a local brewery and I had salmon, with salad and spicy rice which was so yummy. I still have 322 calories for the night! I think I did pretty well...thanks for all the advice!
  • Good call on lowering cals the next day. I'm in a $100 challenge with a friend for weight loss and I don't want to lose! :) But maybe I will eat a little off if I have to and adjust tomorrow. Thanks for the tip! Hadn't thought of that. :)
  • Thanks everyone! I should clarify, I will eat chicken and salmon, just not red meat, pork, most seafood etc. I'll ask for a plain salad with either salmon or chicken. GREAT idea! I appreciate all the help!
  • I already ran before work and lifted a little which gives me about 1000 calories for dinner. The problem is, I just restarted my diet and am trying so hard not to cheat because when I do, I go all out. :( So trying to stick to the program. I think I'll ask for a basic salad and grilled chicken, I just feel bad asking for…
  • Thank you! This answered all my questions...especially about how to prepare them and where to buy the noodles. THANKS!!!
  • That's funny you posted this. I had a dream last night I was eating a giant maple donut and it tasted SO good! I woke up wondering if that would cure my craving or not. So far, so good! ;)
  • Those look amazing. Thanks for the recipe! :)

  • Amazon has buy 2 get 1 free on some of their Kinect games, so I ended up getting Dance Central 2 and the Kinect Sports 1 and 2 for only $49.98. Thanks again for the suggestions! Super excited to try them out. ;)
  • Great thank you! I'm new to the whole gaming exercise thing! :)
  • You seriously look amazing! Good for you! And double good for you for posting pics! :) That's motivation for all of us. Congrats!
  • Have you ever seen boudoir photos? Some of them are beautiful! They aren't completely naked but just sexy photos, maybe in cute bras and panties. I say go for it! I personally wouldn't go too naked but I know if I did my boyfriend would love it! :)
  • 153.25. Same as last week! Grr...

  • I would love to know where people buy them from? Are there any stores that tend to carry them? I'd like to try them but don't want to buy several in case I don't like the taste. Thanks!

  • If you can't get a group together or want to be part of a larger group, my sister's good friends have a really neat group that does this. If you'd like me to connect you with them, I'd be happy to! They climb for his nephew who has leukemia. :) Good for you for doing this and helping out such a good cause!
  • 153.25. Down 1.75 lbs! Yay!

  • I also just started working out again. I would love to lose 20 pounds, then I'd be done. We're going to Hawaii in February so I'm working hard to make sure I do lose weight by then. Last week I only lost .25 lbs which shocked me. So this week I amped it up a little. If I'm starving or start to plateau, I'll definitely…
  • Yes I do log my exercise. So I On the counter I'm 300 in the green at the end of the day. Does that make sense?
  • I have a hard time staying within my 1260 too. The only way I normally do it is if I work out. I try to go to the gym M-F and burn at least 400 cals. I eat back as many as I feel I need to during the day. Also, finding lower calorie snacks helps too. Once you find the right balance, it'll become easier.
  • Do you just need weight or you want measurements too? Just in case you don't have it, my weight is 155

  • Awesome! So lucky your mom lives there! I know you'll be able to lose 10 by then. Focus on your eating and you're golden! (working out too, but I think eating is so much more important to lose weight!)
  • I just joined and am very excited for a little more motivation! I weighed in at 155. Thanks!
  • I'm going to Hawaii Feb 4th-11th and would LOVE to lose at least 10 lbs by then! I'll add you so we can help motivate each other. :) What island are you going to? I'm going to Kona on the big island. Nice to meet you!
  • Try increasing protein (shakes, chicken etc). It will make you feel more full for longer AND helps with gaining muscle. I think they say you need 1 gram protein for lb of body weight. That's a LOT of protein, but just try and get as much as you can! Optimum Nutrition has a good chocolate shake. I mix it in the AM with 1/2…
