  • Oh, don't be too hard on yourself -- feel bad? Put on some of your favorite music and start dancing! Sing along. Soon you'll be feeling better and before you realize it!!!
  • After a good session at the gym I like to take my swimsuit, stretch some in the pool (85 degrees) then into the hot tub for about 10 minutes. Be sure you are staying hydrated -- dehydration can cause issues!! Best of Luck!!
  • Its important to stay positive. In addition to this site my friends and I also go to the local YMCA -- we log our exercises in here as well as at the Fitlinxx at the Y and we have seen progress. Just think about how good you are gonna feel this spring/summer!!
