  • In simple terms. Low fat yogurt has more sugar in it with little fat and regular yogurt has more fat but less sugar. I always choose regular because I'm trying to reduce my sugar intake.

  • If you really want to know how many calories you are burning crocheting, pull it down from the exercise menu / cardio / kniting & crocheting. You burn around 29 calories per hour which is probably only a few more calories you are burning than just sitting and doing nothing.
  • Ever try put oatmeal in a blender to make it similar to a powder mixture and put in things like the dry ingredients for pan fry pork chops butterfly , smoothies or other things while your cooking. You don't want to put to much otherwise you can taste the oatmeal more.
