Thanks! I actually don’t do much.. if anything, just the “normal” stuff with my own body weight.. triangle pushups and dips are my favorite, and planking.. My mom says us German women are just “built like an ox.”:huh: I wish I would make the time to go to the gym every day because I think I would have head-turning muscles…

LOL ME TOO! I used to put gum in my mouth, and then get crushed ice and eat it until my jaw was so sore I didn't have any desire to eat anymore. Now I have TMJ and can't eat hard/chewy/crunchy foods without popping my jaw out so that had to cease.. But I feel your pain, I was the saaame way. lol

Tootally believe this is possible. Usually before mine I won't lose any weight at all, or I'll go up a few pounds. I'll wait several days and then check again, sure enough, back down. No worries - women's bodies are craaazy - but cool. :blushing:
