  • I had a good week last week. I worked out 3 days at the gym and walked 2 miles two days with my neighbor. Lost 6.1 pounds. On to this week.
  • I worked out three days this week and walked 2 miles with my neighbor. Now if only I could get my food entered into the food journal I'd be well on my way to success.
  • My goal is to really track every think I eat or drink this week and to get to the gym at least 5 days this week. I've recently increased my water intake and I feel so much better already. Good Luck everyone!!!
