  • I love green smoothies. I do a massive handful of mixed greens (baby chard, baby kale & spinach), a banana, truvia, cinnamon and water. My kids love it too. It's the only way they'll eat greens.
  • I'm going to try this. I love veggies and beans. I make a bag of them on the stove every few days. I'm very excited.
  • I personally don't like going off of net calories because the amount of calories burned is very negotiable. It is much easier to be sure of how much you are eating than actually burning since all our bodies are completely different, with different metabolisms.
  • Omg! Me too! Last winter I gained 10 pounds binging on the peanut chewy bars they have. They are so delicious. Totally just candy bars disguised as healthy.
  • I can overeat anything really. It just depends on my mood and how hungry I am. But junky type foods are definitely a binge trigger.
  • Sounds like you are doing well with the exercise. I would google after pregnancy stomach work outs or something like that, to see what else their is. But I'd also like to mention that sometimes after all the baby weight is lost, our skin is simply just stretched. And there is nothing you can do about stretched skin. I've…
  • I'm 28. I have two kids and am currently 23 weeks pregnant with my third. My goal is to be the size I was when I was 20, by the time I turn 30. :D
  • I didn't read through all the responses so I don't know if someone mentioned it but, ARCTIC ZERO!! It's the ****! It's like a frozen protein shake. 37 calories a serving. 150 for the whole pint. And no artificial chemical crap. I personally enjoy the Vanilla Maple flavor. You have to try it!!!!
  • Audrina Patridge (sp?) lean and toned. Except minus the botched boob job. :)
  • That is such a bizzare syndrome. I've never heard of it. It sounds like you are doing better. And congrats of the babies. :) What type of nutritional drink did the doctor give you?
  • I don't think that most women would go into starvation eating 1200 calories a day. We are all different though. It is true that if you aren't giving your body enough calories and nutrients, you will eventually starve. I don't think there is a magic number for that though. Probably consistently eating under 900 calories a…
  • Whatever modifications she needs, you should do them too. Eat healthy and work out together. Take her to the doctor to get a nutrition and activity plan. Send a copy of it to her dad so that he knows it's serious. I think as long as you are encouraging and loving and don't EVER use the F word (FAT) then things should go…
  • My goal is to be 120 and a size 4 by my 30th b-day. Which is Nov. 2014. I'm currently pregnant so my dieting won't begin until sometime at the end of Oct or early Nov this year. But I agree with the goal being a "look". These numbers are stuck in my head because after my second child my goal was to be 120 and a size 4 but…
  • @Lizsmith Spunky, fun loving
  • I am not an expert but if you choose that to be your one portioned "junk food" I don't see any harm. It does have hydrogenated (sp?) oils that aren't good for you. But no one is perfect. Soooo as long as you aren't eating a ton and you aren't eating a bunch of other junky type things, I think it's fine.
  • Another idea besides Overeaters Anonymous is Food Addicts Anonymous. I stumbled onto their food plan and instantly knew it was for me. http://www.foodaddictsanonymous.org/faa-food-plan There is also online support. This may help some. But I don't think anything will have a lasting effect until you get some therapy or…
  • I'm 5'5.5" and 28. I'm currently pregnant with my third child, but afterwards I'd like to be 120 by the time I turn 30. I'll be having this baby a month or less before my 29th b-day so that gives me a year to lose all the baby weight, plus 20 to get to that goal. :) Oh and I also want to be a size 4 again :) Also I'd like…
  • I quit drinking this year so I won't be drinking either. I say if you want to celebrate something it's much more fun to be present and have a memory of it! Lol! Club soda and lime for me, thank you!
  • I feel guilty if I'm full or if I'm way over my calories. But these things happen. Just get back up and keep goin' with your bad self. :)
  • I'm 5'5" and a half. My lowest weight was 111. And that is unhealthy looking. I'd say if you have a small frame, like me, 115-125 is a good range. Medium frame, probably more like 120-130. So 130 isn't bad at all. It really depends on your muscle tone and bone structure. Forgot to say my goals are to be between 115-120. I…
  • Great job! I've also lost 62 pounds. I just had my 2nd child in Feb. Your eyes are very pretty btw. :)
  • Lol, so random. And the weird part is I was kinda doing that without realizing while reading this. Odd......
  • You look amazing! Great job getting healthy! :D
  • I like sprinkling a little Mrs. Dash sodium free lemon pepper on it. Tastes great to me. :D But I love cottage cheese.
  • I just had my second child 3 months ago. I gained a lot the first time, and gained even more the second time. But that is because I was less active and had waaaaay more cravings for cake and stuff. But luckily both times I lost weight quickly with restricting calories and choosing healthy foods. Just eat healthy while you…

  • I love plain greek yogurt with truvia and half a banana. So filling and delicious! Oh and I sprinkle a little bit of cinnamon on it. It's like heaven.
  • Hey I'm 5'5.5" but I've always rounded up to 5'6". Age 27 SW 196 (March 1st 2012) CW 162.3 (As of this morning) 1st GW 140's 2nd GW 115-120 I'm losing baby weight. I just had my son Feb. 24th. I weighed myself about a week after I had him and I was 196. I was 214 the last time I was weighed at the doctor. I've come a long…
  • Wow you look so good! I just had my second child 10 weeks ago and am 162 as of today. I was 196 a few days after having him. I wish my stomach was as slim looking as yours. How tall are you?
