As long as you do it, it doesn't matter what time. At least that's how I look at it. My motivation is knowing how much better i'll feel. I've started just to make it part of my work day. You do all of the work you need to, right? Think of exercise as an extension of the workday...a chance to volunteer to help yourself .I'm…

I know how falling off the wagon feels. I managed to have a resolution (I know, totally cliché) and did really well for the first month and then I had a sinfully good sandwich and promptly fell off the wagon. I just had my wake-up call and I'm ready to make this work. :)

Trust me, you're not alone. I'm new here too and I have about 100 pounds to lose. For now my goal is set to be under 200 though. Baby steps. Feel free to add me!

Hi, I'm new too. Feel free to add me! I'm 23 and looking to be under 200 pounds for the first time since I was 12 years old. It's an undertaking, in my mind, but I hope to gain the willpower to achieve this around summer and finally set a new goal for myself. 11 years is enough time to think about something - I need to…

Hey, I'm new here too! My ultimate goal, in the foreseeable future, is to get below 200 pounds before summer/in summer to be realistic. Anyone and everyone, feel free to add me!

As a non-doctor's opinion, I would stop taking the stool softeners and really packing in the veggies and fruits, then go and see your doctor. I can't see your food diary, so I don't know what kinds of foods you're eating but just make sure to eat as much natural fiber as you can and exercise like crazy. I would recommend a…

I am a huge fan of pilates. If you can, go for private classes with a reformer (the big scary machine) but mat classes are great too. Both kick my butt and make sore muscles I didn't even know existed. I find the mat classes harder because it's all you but the reformer allows for good form. My mat classes also have no more…

I find walking good for sore muscles. It sucks at first but then everything loosens up and you wont regret it! As for sore muscles, I slowly stretch out my muscles in little increments and things slowly loosen up. I'm not sure what the insanity DVD is but on my "off" days - when i'm not doing zumba or turbo kick - I do…

My lymph nodes swell in the spring and summers and they hurt like none other. Allergies and colds that I just can't fight off are usually the source. My doctor wasn't at all concerned when he took a look at mine. I wouldn't panic as they are probably just inflamed nodes. I am not a doctor but having had experience with…

I have PCOS and was diagnosed about 2 years ago. The doctor put me on Metformin but that was a nightmare. I lost weight only because I was sensitive to EVERYTHING. Finally, he put me on BC and that has gotten the painful cysts out of the way (for the most part!). My journey to lose weight hasn't been that hard but I was…
