i was on ramipril ..... and all my hair fell out ..... steer clear of that ... i now take candesartan and ive had no problems atall :)

I eat 1200 ... but im also a type1 diabetic and i have hypothyroidism .. i tried eating 1500+ and gained weight .. i also exercise but only when my body allows me ... i dont think 1200 cals is starvation mode, i think everyone on here is their own person and if they wanna ruin their bodies, let em .. just focus on you :)…
