oh it is rough not gonna say it's not...but there is a line doctors will look at it and if it isn't affecting your quality of life health wise...it has to be a cosmetic surgery instead of a insurance covered one...just sayin, not great, but it is what it is.

lol i posted in the last one that i was doing challenge number 2. it will be done today so yay on that it was get 315 mins of working out in It'll be the same this week . 315 mins of working out it is mostly cardio. I am on my TOM however so no weight in till some time next week.

yep hrm is the only way to go if you are going to eat back cals. the cals burned on here isn't determined by your personal heart rate or size so it will be a general average I have noticed that they low ball my burn. so either low ball the cals burned yourself so you don't over eat...or get a heart rate monitor to get a…

I do Leslie Sansone walking at home dvd's. they will do a good job at pushing you, but not beyond your boundaries and you can do it in a small space and your kid can be around.

2. Exercise 100 minuets(or your choice) this week, and post how & results next Sunday or Monday. I'll do that one, but 315 minutes I am at 416 lbs and will probably weigh in on friday mondays are no good for me to weigh in for some reason lol. I have 216 lbs to lose to get in a reasonable weight.
