well i feel you might want to look into your sodium intake. Depending the cereal, the bread, and the canned soup...you could be taking in alot before you have a regular supper. It is a big change, but if you just switch out some of the ingredients in your salad and the normal food you eat...it can be bearable. I'm 400+ and have done kick boxing and zumba. I love working out hard and pushing my body...it feels good after. so as long as you feel good and not in crippling pain and all that I'd say you are fine.

wheat toast. hard to do i know...i love white bread...but isn't good, i've tried all the varied types of white bread...and it's just easier to go to wheat, but wonder has the soft wheat so it isn't so assaulting on the senses.

Yeah I called it before they even went back to the ranch. They were going to struggle because they were catered to the whole 4 weeks...There was no way they were just going to go back to the ranch and be ok...the only reason the big guys are losing the weight now is because they are big and can burn off what ever mistakes…
