I would say my boobs are atleast 10 lbs each...and I'm not loosing the weight there first so i've been working my core cause soon there will be no stomach to help me out lol sad but true.

well i know incline training is very effective...you are just working harder to get up a hill and all that... but i do walk at home dvd's that vary the activity you do and I know I most likely get more of a burn that way then on a tread mill at the speed I think I can go. I put it under circuit training cause that is what it is bascially. and if you are going hard for 20 mins you should be good.

5'9 current 417 lbs I want to be at 170-200 lbs range at this point. 170 being the high end of ideal weight for a chick my height.

yeah muscle could be it. are you tracking sodium? and how much water are you drinking? Sodium makes you retain water and pre packaged foods even the healthy ones are high in it. uh other then that not sure .

yeah the yellow team...is hardcore and really could have done it at home. I love Zumba and when i have money i'm gonna join a class, but for now I am doing Leslie Sansone's walk at home and I did 2 miles today very proud of myself.

8 days down 24 to go! and i set a goal this month, but no reward really. just hoped to meet a goal, i can't weigh in this week because of my TOM so i'm waiting to find out how things have went next week. including i believe we are snowed in for the next 2 days lol

I have the 5 day slim down, i cannot advertise this lady enough lol you can pick how long you go there is warm up and cool down and it will keep you moving and help build up your stamina. you can find dvd's at walmart or target…
