soda is my vice, but i barely drink caffeinated pop any more and have reduced my consumption to a few a month but i feel your pain i don't think i can cut it out completely lol

Makes total sense. most of my liquid calories had been pop and now i've cut that down to a few a month. I don't drink any of those drinks on the list, but it is amazing what they equal out to.

Cheat day is good. Best to have it on like a Saturday. So you can get back on track sunday and keep it going for the week. It helps you stay focused during the week kinda like a reward. Just be mindful of portion sizes and the like. That would also be the day you have alcohol if you par-take in such a thing lol.

walmart has 5$-10$ dvd's I have Crunchless abs by Jackie, Leslie Sansone walk at home (highly recommend) and 30 day shred, but walmart or target should have ones that you need little to no equipment and has levels so you aren't killing yourself from the get.

I am struggling with sodium the more you take in the more water you hold on to. I there for drink alot of water and am taking potassium to fight against the big sodium days.

I have the 5 day slim down, you can do a mile a day and it focuses on different areas or you can do from beginning to end which ends up being 5 miles and then the warm up and cool down. I like it alot.
