396 up 2 but down 1.5 inches...so I'm gonna say i'm up from my circuit training and all the water weight from that. Was disappointed about the weight going up, but then i measured and well now i'm kinda neutral about it lol i wanted to be down for our final week...but i am in a way lol just not lbs. happy 4th everyone!

yep this is a problem not many talk about. You get softer and squishier it is unpleasant to look at, but mentally you know you are doing well cause it is happening lol

because skin is now sagging as before it was filled with fat. It'll tighten up as best it can depending on elasticity and age and how well it is taken care of it. It is one of the things most don't talk about, but it's not a bad sign. Just looks bad for now. Trust me I am going through the same thing all over my body.…

a pound per week is ideal. It is do able and slow and steady. 10 lbs a month isn't slow and steady...but if you are already on average losing big numbers is do able. If not..you need to figure out what your body can do. It's all about trial and error really. If you look at the numbers and try it out to try and lose the 2…

applebees 550 cal meals suuuuck on sodium. may as well take half of your sodium limit and eat straight up salt...bout the equivalent and might even taste better.
