your sodium intake is pretty low... comparatively to the norm. Do what the above said. Also lemon in water is a natural diuretic. Helps flush out the system. If that doesn't work might want to talk to your doctor and see what is going on inside your body.

i'd say strength training. one pound isn't huge and you'll probably see a loss the next week. Also you might want to keep track of the inches you lose so when you don't lose lbs or gain some you know there is still some progress.

Then don't...i mean seriously. If you are portion controlling your food, regular food in minimal amounts is fine...it is the fact that we tend to just keep stuffing our mouths with full flavor...full fat regular food that has gotten us where we are. I change recipes so it's healthier, i don't remove the food completely…

i have lost .6 for the last 2 weeks...it is frustrating, but in the end...it is a loss and not a gain. as long as the number is going down you gotta count it as a win and take all the little victories you can get to move forward.

i lost over a pound last week so yay gonna try and do so again this week with diet and working out. getting more walking in will be my goal, but the rain has kinda put a kibosh on it yesterday and today lol though i did try the kinect and that had me running lol
