this is the first step to starting joining up. Asking for help is the next and you did that. Food is always the best place to start. track your food notice the un healthy trends and start switching out different things in your diet for healthier options.

probably quite abit, but the only way to control it would be buying the dried out beans and doing it yourself. anything canned you are pretty much stuck.

if you are just starting...insanity isn't a newb kinda thing. I mean if your mind is ready for it which means you gotta be prepared for the pain and the push of the work out. It is called insanity for a reason...same goes with P90x and from the looks of it ChaLean extreme...you gotta be mentally prepared or you will quit…

so pretty!

I can't wait till i can do this.

lemon in water...natural diuretic. Water on it's own is good to stay hydrated, but it doesn't do alot to get rid of the actual bloat.
-
the jumping jacks i replaced with running in place, but the getting off the floor can kill knees too...so you just gotta becareful. It is an knee intensive work out. Might want to look into Glucosameen (sp?) for your joints to help it out.

it's true there are muscles there that can be worked out and tightened and built...if you don't pay attention to them well...they don't get stronger.

Monday 4/11/11 = 408.9 still working off my water weight from last week, but being strict on my sodium is helping like it usually does.

Yes I can't weigh in every day...i can only weigh in at the doctors once a week and even if i get to a weight that i can buy a home scale i won't for this very reason...you gotta focus on more then the number or you'll just get stuck on that and not the changes your body is actually going through. Be it inches or purely…

did you have your hands down at your sides? if you aren't pumping your arms the blood can build up and that can happen.
-
if you have the correct amount once a day that should help the craving, just put it in your diary and know you get that amount and you do get peanut butter...you don't have to deprive yourself, but you do have to show some moniker of control. Also I go with Jif natural peanut butter less sodium lol just sayin
