:laugh: I do because I looked it up and for every 15 minutes of foreplay and every 15 minutes of sex you burn 90 calories each. So why let those go to waste? I looked it up on here and had to add sex to the dictionary of cardio exercises. Sex is the best cardio you can get so if you are getting it then record it!

Welcome! I joined for the same reasons! I have the best boyfriend and daughter one could ask for. He supports me so much and my friends have been majorly supportive as well. That helps make the process such a success! You also have to be in that mindset that you will NOT fail. So KUDOS to you! All of my friends are on here…

Mine worked the exact opposite. I wasn't getting it for 2 years and I started my weight loss and started getting my period again. Weight loss can have an affect on your period and that would definitely be a questions for your doctor to answer and see if they think that you should be on something to regulate your periods so…
