  • Hi I'm Angela! I just had a baby in January and I was on a weight loss journey before I got pregnant. So I am resuming my journey down to 150 pounds or less. That's a little less than 100 lbs. I lost 90 before so I know I can do it :)
  • I think I will do this too. I did it yesterday on level 3 but I think I will start over with level 1 and work my way to level 3 again. I am just in a spot of frustration where I am not happy with the speed of my weight loss. I am looking forward to our running and this 30 day shred to speed up the weight loss!

  • I use the "if a 400 lb person can do it then why can't I if Im half that size??" for motivation too. It makes me think that I am just lazy and can push myself to do it with that thought in my head.
