First, upload your photo to Photobucket or a similar photo sharing site. Copy the code to use on the site. Then, paste it into the forum. Before clicking post, you must change the IMG in the code to lower case img. Then it will post in the forums.0 -

Hello all! I just finished my first 30DS workout. I was worried when I had to take breaks during the warm up!! But it actually wasn't too bad. I was definately dripping sweat though! So..we'll see how it goes tomorrow. I'll definately be sore!!
I did take before pictures, but I think I'm going to wait to post them until after it's all done. Not sure I'm ready for that yet. BUT...my measurements are:
