  • I am loving this new definition I am getting, mainly in my back and thighs. I had my husband take some profile pictures of me and he took one from the back and it wasn't until I really looked at it that I realized how sexy my back has become.

  • 3oz Atlantic Salmon topped with ground ginger, teriyaki sauce and sesame seeds with a 1/2 cup of rice and a cup of broccoli for right around 300 calories. So yummy too!
  • My 2 and a half year old loves anything with teriyaki sauce. Tonight I made salmon broiled with a little sauce on top for a nice glaze, rice, and broccoli. She ate it up and the whole meal was under 400 calories!
