My Fitbit makes me uneasy when it calculates the calories burned for MFP. I don't eat back my exercise calories but if I did I would not even count the FB adjustment, it is so all over the place.

What is wrong with eating a piece of cake? Are they NEVER going to eat cake again ever in their life? You have to still eat things you love because you cant do it forever and you have to work around things like having a piece of cake because you like it and want a piece.

I think 1200 is reasonable. I have a way to test my muscle mass and body fat whenever I want and that helps to make sure I am not shorting myself on calories.. I am not a tall person and I feel more than happy with 1200 calories and my doctor said that most people who are on the shorter side like me, I am five foot and one…

I looked at her last week and she is eating food, the calories are there. If you have 1100 calories left and it is late for you I would do a smoothie loaded with protein and then start over tomorrow!

Is there a way you can have your metabolism checked to see what it takes you to maintain and then go from there?

I take wellburtin, it has done wonders for my depression and it curbs binge eating.

What you could do is drop your carbs down for two weeks and see what happens. Make sure you are getting lots of protein. I feel MFP sets their protein goals to low.

I have lost 67 pounds (I gained back 20) by using the treadmill at 4.0 sometimes a little faster. When I ran into burn troubles I added weights to my run and put my treadmill on an incline. Also if you swing the weights while walking that will help. Good luck!

Every day. Often as we can. My husband works days and we have six kids so it is difficult to sneak those in but we do it!:)

I weigh in on Tuesdays and Fridays

I know EXACTLY how you feel there!:) When I hit my goal weight I was a solid b after dropping from a D. My husband wishes a little of my weight would stay there to.

I had a bad suger/carb craze and my doctor told me to allow myself one small piece of chocolate per day (that is my biggest craving) even if I am not craving it! It has worked wonders for me.

This is awesome

I am 5'1 and I dropped to my goal weight of 125 and gained back some because of stress. So now that I have been there I fell like my "happy weight" is about 130-133 so I am setting my first goal at 133. Then I might shot for 127.

That is what my trainer said as well and it seems to be working!

I use Jennie-O extra lean and it is pretty great. I only use it in tacos, wraps, things I mix it with. I find turkey burgers by themselves to be dry. I like the fact that it is lower in fat than ground beef. You can also get stuff called Kraft Fresh Take and it is also loaded with protein and mix it and it is also good.
