My best friend and I have planned a 40th birthday cruise in 239 days. I know exactly what you mean. I have always struggled with my weight. Even when I lose I don’t feel amazing. Currently can’t seem to lose at all and have started to see a nutritionist.

I would love to join! I have 42 lbs to go on my journey. I do not expect to lose that in 12 weeks. I would be happy with 1 pound a week. I'm today I finally hit the 10lbs lost mark after 11.5 weeks of going to the gym 5 days a week. I have never stuck with a program long enough to lose 10 lbs.

You are making a good choice to try to lose weight to get pregnant. I was overweight when I got pregnant with my son and ended up with gestational diabetes and had to have a C-section. It was not fun. I have since gained even more weight and do not want to get pregnant over weight again so that is why I am here too! Best…

1st off congrats on your decision to lose before pregnancy. I was over weight when I got pregnant in July 2009. I ended up with gestational diabetes and had to monitor my blood sugar levels ( I HATE BLOOD) so that was not an easy task.
