Just finished lunch. A spinach salad with tomatoes, pea shoots, cukes, chicken breast and broccoli with less oil italian vinagrette. A cup of blueberries, 0.75 oz reduced fat cheddar cheese and 18 raw almonds. My go to work lunch.
