Hi, I could use some encouragement too! I am 45, 5'10" and currently weigh 283. I started a year & a half ago at 317. I've had a few major life things the last 6 or 8 months that have me stalled and blah.

You said you had a couple of days that you fell off track big time. Were those days within the three weeks you are asking about? If you fell off track in a big way maybe it cancelled out your on track days and that is why you didn't lose any weight. Track everything and weigh/measure your food to make sure you are…
