L1D6 completed managed 5lb weights throughout so definitely seeing an improvement, locked the cat out today which was a brilliant idea!

L1D5 completed, moved onto slightly heavier weights today as wanted to push myself a little bit more, agree with the comments about circuit 1 being the hardest but find the bicycle situps at the end a really nasty end to the whole thing!!

just done L1D4, four days in a row and can definitely feel it getting a bit easier, though side lunges are an absolute nightmare, wasn't helped tonight by the cat who kept crawling underneath me while I was doing the push ups and then sniffing my head while I was doing the ab section!

L1D3 completed, not too bad though the push ups are a killer soreness is easing a lot think may have to push a little harder tomorrow though!

done day 2 was ok once got going but now body is starting to ache a bit, got 2 miles to walk this afternoon when pick child up from school so hoping that might help ease everything a bit!

Just completed Day One, yeah it was hard I do a lot of cardio but the weight section was tough but I did complete it! Just hoping that I don't ache too much tomorrow! I weighed in yesterday & am 156lbs so will probably weigh in once a week and do measurements after 10 days before I move up a level. Good luck to everyone…

Hi! This is going to be my first go at the 30day shred, the dvd arrived today and am fairly fit but motivating myself to do it every day will be hard, hoping that this group will keep me going even though I know Jillian is going to kick my a*r*!
