1. The race is not given to the swift nor the strong, but the one that endureth to the end. Start slow 30 mins a day 5 days a week. And, change your diet one thing at a time. For example (I will drink at least 5 glasses of water a day). 2. Remember we can do all things through Christ who gives us strength.
