I am on the journey with you! The day I gave birth to my daughter (who is now 3) I weighed 376 lbs. I now weigh 258lbs (at 5'10"). I have been 280 as long as I can remember! I think I finally got this weigh loss thing down.. only took my entire 25 yr life!
