Thank you for the article, I just recently joined this site and after logging my food for a week I saw that I was not reaching my daily caloric intake (just over 900). This site says I should have 1500 and have been working on it this week and have had severe headaches. Maybe I need to scale it back and ease into it.

I have had two c-sections and they went fairly smooth but trying to get this weight off hasn't been easy. I would stick to walking, swimming(maybe try water aerobics too) and an exercise ball. Also wearing a girdle is amazing at helping with muscle memory.

I have been using Oxyelite Pro for 2 weeks and have lost 5 lbs and 1 inch off my waist. I have been using EAS Lean Protien (1 a day) because when you use a thermogenic you need to get in extra protien to keep muscle. I have been doing 30 mins cardio everyday (treadmill or elliptical) and using this site to watch what I eat.
