  • I've asked the same question. I've found that this is primarily a womens site. I like it for the food tracker. It's the best one I've found

  • If you really stick to the diet as you have it written above and workout as you have said you will loose weight pretty fast. Lift wieghts a few days a week and you will see results even faster plus you will keep muscle mass. If you stick to it you will be really surprised at how fast the pounds come off. I'm no expert…
  • It's hard but it can be done. I have just tried to not let my food slip-ups derail my attitude and it seems to help.
  • Read Body for Life by Bill Phillips. He invented HIIT training. IT TOTALLY WORKS!!!! The recumbant bike especially. But you really have to push yourself harder than you ever have before.
  • I just went through this exact same problem. Of course I ate too much and it was fried seafood, but I have decided to track EVERYTHING so I came home and used the database to log everything in and It seemed to work pretty well. I overestimated a bit I think, but I bet it's pretty close. I'm just winging it I'm sure it's…

So, I eat what I eat but the kids eat what they eat and I end up…
  • I'm pickin' up what ur puttin' down...............
  • It's not only a good thing it's really the only thing that will really give you that sleek toned look. Build some real muscle mass. Don't worry you won't "bulk" up. That is the biggest myth out there. It's hard at first and you will be sore but it's so worth it.
  • I agree with penelepurr. If you keep at it and she sees your results then more than likely she will follow you. It happens like that quite often.
  • Halibut is the best but it's really expensive and sometimes hard to find. If you are getting fishy tasting fish then it's probably not that fresh. I feel your pain. I like fish but I live in Maine so I'm a bit of a seafood snob so if it's at all suspicious then I stay away from it. You don't need fish anyway and eating…
  • I run into the same problem. And yes fruit sugar counts. Sugar is sugar. The only real solution is to slowly cut back until you get to the right number. No easy way.
