  • You can set up your account to either deduct your exercise or ignore it in the settings.
  • I don't like it much either, used to be easy to just add your drinks one by one but tring to add them all together to make an entry. And When I complete my diary I don't get the pop up to say what the 5 week projection is now :(
  • It can be a few things including exercise. If you did say 400 calories worth of exercise on Monday then it may forecast out the rest of the week if you do 400 calories of exercise every day.
