Thank you guys :) You give sound advice. I've been wanting to eat better as a lifestyle because of diabetes running in my family, not to just lose weight. But what you all have said makes sense.

You should tell him that you will file charges against him for harassment. Just say.. don't look at me.. don't talk to me and just stay away and leave me alone or I'm calling the cops. However, make sure you have some pepper spray on you when confronting him. If nothing else.. MOVE... it's just better than staying around…

There are different types of cereal that you can eat. You can rotate them too so you don't feel blah... You can also eat fruit. Bananas are pretty filing.. you can get some low fat yogurt and add to it :) Hope it helps.
