I've just relegated tortilla chips to an occasional treat (unfortunately), but I've found bell peppers go well with hummus and similar dips. And fresh salsa goes with everything ;)

I did a keto diet a while back, for about three months. I shed an additional 15lbs while on the diet, and it has stayed off, but I felt like garbage.
