I loved it!! I love BL, but I really enjoyed seeing Jillian in a new light. She is helping them work on the emotional aspect as well as the physical and that is a part we don't always see on BL. I can't wait to see the rest of the season :-)

I just got a palm pixi and I can use MFP on the web browser. You could try that and see if it works. I love that I can take it on the go with me now!!!:love:

All the postings I have seen on MFP say you can ignore the sugar from fruit, veggies and milk. The processed foods and added sugar is what you need to watch. I was just going to post the same question. I always go over my sodium!!! Some days are worse than others, but I also try to drink at least 12 glasses of water per day to help flush out all the sodium. Thanks for posting this!! I got some good ideas :-)

Circuit training. I have logged it like this since I started it. I bought a HRM (heart rate monitor) and that gives me about the same calories burned when I log it as circuit training. Good luck!!! P.S. Your soreness will get better the longer you do the shred. It is a good sore :-)

LOVE Jillian!!! I do 30 d.s. and also the BL bootcamp with Bob. It has 3 levels. The first is 20 min. You can add on level 2 for another 15, and level 3 for another 10. I agree!! I love step, but it took me awhile to love it. You definitely need to be near the instructor to see her/ him do the steps and get the cues. If it is a beginner class, it should be pretty basic moves. Easy to follow. Good luck and let us know what you think!! :happy:

This is what my dr. told me as well. It seems to only happen when the temp is around 50-65 degrees or colder. I don't get it when it is hot out. Good luck!

Make sure once you snap it that you have it pulled tight enough and also that you are moistening the electrodes. That helps keep it in place and helps it not drop your heart rate. Log it as circuit training. You are doing a little of everything in it and that's how I log it and it seems pretty close to what my HRM says. Enjoy it!

I have tried the Coppertone sunless tanning lotion and the Mary Kay Sunless tanner. I love the results I got with the Mary Kay one better than the Coppertone brand. A good one you won't taste as much, but it depends on how/what you mix it with. I use 1 scoop Muscle Milk strawberry with 1 cup 1/2%milk and 2/3 cup frozen strawberries, blended.
