I changed my current weight on my hrm last night. When I worked out today, it said my heart rate was over 100 for my whole workout & that I burned over 300 cals. I did the same workout yesterday @ my old weight & burned only 175 cals with a heart rate of around 85. Is my battery going or would adjusting my weight by 5lbs…

question about eggs
I am trying to up my protein by eating either a scrambled egg or a hard boiled egg. I am wondering if anyone knows if the nutritional values change if I just use egg in the scrambled? I just cook it, no milk or anything else. I put my brand eggs in the database, so I am wondering if it is ok to use that for the hardboiled…

greek yogurt???
I tried Stonyfield plain, no fat yogurt today. YUCK!! It left a nasty after taste in my mouth. I mixed some granola with it which helped the taste, but did not like the after taste. Are there any good tasting greek yogurts out there??? I want eat more healthy.....great protein!!

lean cuisine ???
I ate the Lean Cuisine Roasted Turkey with Cornbread Stuffing. I didn't eat the cinnamon apples with it though. Does anyone know the nutritional values w/o them? I tried to check the website, but there isn't a nutritional values tab that I can find. There is tons of sugar in the meal which I think comes from the apples…

Hi, I usually have a cup of coffee and a protein bar in the morning for breakfast. I then do a workout dvd usually within an hour or so. Hi! I am new to MFP and am curious about something. Do you count Fuze or Propel as water intake or do you only count it in your food diary? I have been only counting it in my diary. Should I be counting it in both places? Thanks for your help!
