I ate the Lean Cuisine Roasted Turkey with Cornbread Stuffing. I didn't eat the cinnamon apples with it though. Does anyone know the nutritional values w/o them? I tried to check the website, but there isn't a nutritional values tab that I can find.
There is tons of sugar in the meal which I think comes from the apples mostly, but I want to try to keep my diary accurate.

With that, it would be a guesstimate. I sometimes eat Swanson turkey dinners, but I don't like the dessert or veggies, so I don't eat them. I enter it as .8 of a package, but it's just a guess.0

The LC site can be a pain, but if you go to the individual dinner's tab there is the nutrition info there... but its just the basic kinda info. The only real way to figure all the portions out would be to individually weight them and go by their individual calories/sugars/etc e.g. look up cinnamon apples in the database and the general info of such for said portion size and subtract from the totals. I would guess.
Kinda defeats the purpose of a pre-packed meal for me, *laugh*.0
